Parashell (“Parashell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and otherwise process personal data when you access or use Parashell’s software, websites, APIs, desktop applications, documentation, hosted services, AI-assisted CAD tools, developer tools, integrations, and related products and services (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is designed to help users create, modify, automate, inspect, and manage CAD models, assemblies, geometry, design files, scripts, and related engineering workflows.

Depending on the features you enable, the Service may access or process:

Parashell does not access arbitrary local files unless required for a feature you use, permitted by your operating system, or selected or authorized by you.

Parashell will not use your Content to train AI models, and will not permit third parties to use your Content to train AI models, unless you have expressly agreed to that use.

This means we do not use your prompts, CAD files, design files, assemblies, geometry, scripts, code, or generated Outputs for model training unless you opt in or otherwise provide explicit permission.

However, we may process Content where necessary to:

1. Provide the Service.
2. Generate, modify, or return Outputs.
3. Debug or troubleshoot issues you report.
4. Investigate abuse, security incidents, or Terms violations.
5. Comply with legal obligations.
6. Enforce our agreements.
7. Protect the safety, security, and integrity of the Service.

If you submit feedback, report an issue, or manually share an interaction with us, we may use the information you provide to investigate the issue, improve the Service, and improve safety systems.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, research, product improvement, and business purposes. Where we de-identify personal data, we will maintain it in de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify it except as permitted or required by law.

Parashell is not responsible for the privacy, security, or data practices of third-party services that you choose to use.
